At A-One, we drop off and pick up your orders every day. This means we can return your orders quickly.
How does it work?
1. Create your account
First, create your account using your professional e-mail address. This way, our platform will automatically identify you as an employee of one of the companies located at A-One. This will enable you to benefit from special prices only for your institution.
2. Place your order
First, you select the services and types of clothing to be cleaned. Then you choose the method of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Twint or Postfinance. (Credit and debit cards are accepted.
3. Deposit your clothes
After receiving confirmation of your first order, use a simple bag with your name on it.
You have access to our drop-off/pick-up room every week with a code that is given to you when you place your order.
Place your bag in one of the cupboards. You'll receive an e-mail when our delivery driver collects your clothes.
Your order will then be delivered to the same room within 2 days.
Your clothes will be returned to you in an EGEN garment bag.
